Step 1: Sign Up

1. Visit the XERPz Signup form: Register
2. Fill in the Registration Form:
   • Company Details:
     • Company Type
     • Company Name
     • Company Logo (Optional)
   • Personal Details:
     • Your Name
     • Mobile Number
     • Email Address (Your login ID)
     • Password
     • Confirm Password
3. Agree to Terms of Service: Check the box to agree to the terms of service.
4. Click "Sign Up": Locate the "Sign Up" button and click on it.
5. Verify Your Email:
   • Check your email inbox for a verification email from XERPz.
   • Click on the verification link in the email to activate your account.

Step 2: Log In

1. Visit the XERPz Website: https://z.extreme-erp.com/ 
2. Click "Sign In": Locate the "Sign In" button and click on it.
3. Enter Credentials:
   • Enter your registered email address (login ID) and password.
4. Click "Sign In": Click the "Sign In" button to access your XERPz dashboard.

Exploring the XERPz Dashboard

Once you've logged in, you'll be presented with the XERPz dashboard. This is your central hub for managing your business operations. Here are some of the key features you'll fin:

• Dashboard: A real-time overview of your business's key metrics and performance indicators.
• Sales: Manage sales orders, invoices, and customer accounts.
• Purchase: Track purchase orders, bills, and vendor information.
• Inventory: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory movements, and track product information.
• Accounting: Handle accounting entries, generate financial reports, and manage taxes.
• HR & Payroll: Manage employee information, track attendance, and process payroll.
• CRM: Manage customer relationships, track leads, and analyze customer behavior.
• Reports: Generate customizable reports to gain insights into your business's performance.
